Carers UK is the national charity for unpaid carers, offering free expert guidance on benefits, assessments, work rights and wellbeing. You can call their Helpline on 0808 808 7777 (Mon–Fri 9 am – 6 pm) or email advice@carersuk.org for personalised support, and join an online community of fellow carers plus postcode-searchable local groups and activity hubs.
Dementia Uk
Dementia UK provides free, confidential help from Admiral Nurses — specialist dementia nurses who offer practical advice, emotional support and care-planning guidance to anyone affected by dementia. You can call their national helpline on 0800 888 6678 (9 am – 9 pm Mon–Fri, 9 am – 5 pm weekends) or book an online or in-branch clinic to speak one-to-one with a nurse about next steps and local services.
